Description

Urgent Requirement THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). A solicitation is forthcoming with a short turn-around of 14 days to provide offer. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care Systems (SLVHCS), in New Orleans, is anticipating setting this requirement aside 100% for SMALL (THIS is a CHANGE) to locum(s) companies for the below positions: 1 FTE Pathologist is needed for 26 weeks. Seeking highly qualified staff that will not involve airfare travel to minimize costs. Station is currently attempting to recruit these positions. Services shall be provided at SLVHCS, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. Period of Performance is 26 weeks with anticipation of services of staff to begin in April pending acceptability/credentialing. NOTE: The NAICS code is 561320, Temporary Help Services, applies and the Size Standard is $30.0 million. All interested parties are reminded to be current with their registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. To receive credit for SDVOSB or VOSB- must be verified in www.vetBiz.gov.
