Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Thomas Reuters, 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123 for a custom update publication to the current edition. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures.""� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511130, Other Book Publishers.� The business size standard is 750 employees.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is March 14, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.
