SOLICITATION TYPE: Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition does NOT required submission of a sealed bid. RESPONSE DUE DATE/TIME: March 29, 2022 by 01:00PM (EDT) This project is being solicited as a total Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $16,500,000.
