- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. � The Regional Health Contracting Office-Europe is planning to issue a solicitation for deliveries of Medical and Industrial Gases for the Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE).� The resultant contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract with firm-fixed-prices (FFP) established in the ID/IQ contract. �Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation technique will be used.� The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition.� All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award.� Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov. � Portfolio Group:� 10 - Medical Category Management Spend Category:� 10.2 Medical Equipment and Accessories and Supplies Portfolio:� Laboratory Services, Medical Services Object Class Code:� 25.6 - Medical Care Product Service Code (PSC):� Q301 - Laboratory Testing Services North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code:� 621511 � Medical Laboratories � This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203. CONTRACT INFORMATION. � The Regional Health Contracting Office-Europe is seeking qualified firms to provide non-personal clinical reference laboratory testing services for the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC). � This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide Reference Laboratory testing for the Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services (DPALS) at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC).� The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor employees performing services herein.� Such employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. � Requiring activity: Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services (DPALS) at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) LRMC UIC: W1HHAA � Scope: The Contractor shall provide all required facilities, personnel, services, materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet the requirements outlined in this Performance Work Statement.� All testing shall be in accordance with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards for laboratory performance � Period of Performance: The period of performance including all options is 1 May 2022 � 30 April 2023 � Ordering Period 1 1 May 2023 � 30 April 2024 � Ordering Period 2 1 May 2024 � 30 April 2025 � Ordering Period 3
