The General Services Administration�(GSA),�Great Lakes Region 5,�Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)�is hosting�a FREE webinar in�honor�of Women's History Month.��Did you know�Section 7106 of Public Law 103-355 established a government-wide statutory goal for women-owned small business (WOSB) concerns at not less than 5% of the total value of all prime contract and subcontract awards for each fiscal year?��GSA's Agency-wide FY22 women-owned small business actual goal as of 2-24-2022 is 11.44%.� This webinar will cover�""SBA Financing Tools for Small Contractors"".��Topics include�the��SBA CAPLine loan program, the SBA Express program and the SBA Surety�Guarantee program. Confirmed speaker is�Stephen�Konkle, Economic Development Specialist, SBA Illinois District Office,�U.S. Small Business Administration,�Chicago, Illinois.� Join us for this informative webinar describing SBA's primary programs that provide financial assistance to small businesses and explaining how the surety bond program works.� The purpose of this webinar is to�assist WOSB concerns in gaining access to information that may help them win contracts as well as help GSA continue to enhance its WOSB goals.
