Description
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Interior Region 10, California-Great Basin, Division of Acquisitions, Sacramento, CA is seeking interested vendors who can provide a name brand or equal trash boat, conveyor trailer and tilt-deck trailer. Specific details for the items are as follows: Below are the specifications for the requested Brand-Name items. If the proposed vendor will not be providing the Name-Brand items, they must propose an item that meets, or exceeds the below specifications for the trash boat, tilt trailer and conveyor trailer. **Please note this is a complete system, the boat trailer and conveyor need to seamlessly integrate and work together for ease of use and be provided by same manufacturer. Tilt Deck Boat Trailer: designed to tilt and lower the boat into waterways with ease and specifically designed to be compatible with the boat. - Model: AlphaBoats TLT-800 - Hydraulic Winch Capacity: 12,000 lbs - Engine Output: 14 HP engine with hydraulic power pack Shore Loading Conveyor Trailer: designed to take trash from the boat and dump debris into dumb truck or tailer. Conveyor trailer must work seamlessly with boat for ease of use. - Model: AlphaBoats Shore Conveyor SL-6036 - Storage hold container shall be self-draining and have a minimum capacity of 210 cu. ft. - Max Hydro Pressure: 3000 PSI - Max Hydro Flow: 8.0 GPM - Belt Type: Heavy-duty stainless-steel mesh - Hydraulically powered lift frame with cylinders, safety valves and ground pads Hydro-Mate Multi-Purpose Boat: designed for aquatic weed and plant harvesting, trash collection, dredging-excavating, and shoreline improvement. - Model: AlphaBoats AM-2000 - Four (4) lifting eyes and four (4) tie down cleats to safely lift by means of a crane - Bow of hull shall be approximately 30-degree angle from horizontal - Hydraulic Crane - lift capacity, fully extended without attachments minimum 1100 lbs to include the following attachments: A. Clam Shell, c/w Drains & Rotor B. Single Acting Rake 4 Ft Wide w/ cylinder C. Double Acting Rake Rigid Mounted 4 Ft Wide w/ 2 cylinders D. Trash Debris Skimmer Head E. Weed Harvesting Head - Conveyor drive system minimum 23 ft long and belt speed 20 ft per minute minimum - Storage hold container shall be self-draining and have a minimum capacity of 390 Cu. Ft. - Discharge container shall be self-draining and have a minimum capacity of 140 Cu. Ft. - Drive Shaft: Two storage conveyor drive shafts are required - Engine should be mounted on a raised platform for ease of servicing and protection - Fuel Tanks: Fix mounted steel construction, approximately 30 gallons - Hydraulic Reservoir: Steel construction and minimum capacity of 70 gallons - Paddle Wheels: Two bi-directional paddle wheels, center mounted and powered independently.
