Description

Solicitation VA Medical Center, 718 Smyth Drive, Manchester NH Scrubs Management Services Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide Medical Scrubs Management Services to include Automated Dispenser service at the Manchester NH VA Medical Center. The requirement shall encompass the supply, installation, and maintenance of automated scrub dispensing machines and return units; scrubs rental; removal of soiled scrubs and stocking fresh scrubs in the dispensing machines; laundering, sanitizing, folding, poly-bagging scrubs for on-site delivery and service three (3) times weekly; an auto-loss replacement program, inventory and usage statistics. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24122Q0312 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. (iv) This requirement is being issued as Full and Open Competition, Open Market. The associated NAICS code is 812311 Linen Supply and small business size standard is $35 million. (v) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price award for Scrubs Management Service contract for the Manchester, NH VAMC for a 5-year period of performance.
