- Description
- The Mission Support Contracting Division- West, on behalf of the Broker Management Branch (BMB) under Office of Trade (OT), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), intends to solicit proposals under request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C22R00000038 for Customs Broker License Exam (CBLE) in-person and remote exam administration and proctoring services. The exams are held twice a year, once each in April and October. The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award resulting from this solicitation with the minimum buy as the first task order for the October 2022 exam. The anticipated contract will be issued with a five (5) year period of performance, covering a total of ten (10) exams. All services are defined in the performance work statement, which will be included with the RFP. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on a full and open competitive basis by posting to this notice. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710, (Educational Support Services) is determined to be appropriate for this project. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about April 15, 2022. Potential proposers MUST register at https://beta.sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential proposers are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract neither does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines prior to award.
