- The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Allied Defense Industries, LLC (ADI), 210 Commerce Circle, Kearneysville, WV 25430 on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. COMFRC HQ, Replacement parts for Hale Hamilton Pressure Regulator, P/N 19-40763-7, NSN 4820-99-517-3983 COMFRC requires replacement parts for Hale Hamilton Pressure Regulators.� This requirement is a follow-on to previously procured Pressure Regulator replacement parts. Hale Hamilton is the designer, developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Pressure Regulator, and retains all the proprietary /technical data rights of the Pressure Regulators.� ADI is an authorized distributor for these parts.� The Hale Hamilton Pressure Regulator is a primary control unit essential in the launching system of the Aircraft Launching System Equipment (ALRE) onboard all aircraft carrier associated in the launching of fixed wing aircraft.� �� Included in the purchase:� -������������ Spares Kit for RH4M MK1 NA32943, P/N K881, quantity 20 - ����������� Spindle, P/N ND33721, quantity 16 -������������ Body Plug, P/N NC33722, quantity 16 -������������ Valve Guide/Seat Assembly, P/N ND33719, quantity 16 -������������ 5/8 in. UNF Plain Nut, P/N BO1536, quantity 20 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement without impacting the requirement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
