Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This competition is open to all businesses (full and open competition). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, size standard of 500 employees.�� This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02 dated 14 January 2022 and Defense Publication Notice 20211230 dated 30 December 2021. Requirement Description The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance services� and emergency call services for an Elekta Infinity Linear Accelerator (LINAC). The requested period of performance is five years (one base year and four option years). See attached Statement of Work (SOW).
