Description

The selected Design Builder (DB) shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and services necessary for design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout of the project. This project includes either the relocation or remodel of approximately 28 existing telecommunications rooms (TRs) and one data center to bring them up to the VA EHRM IT standards while IT services remain operational. The DB shall provide a turn-key project for these rooms in accordance with VA Office of Information and Technology (OIT) and EHRM infrastructure standards.
