- Description
- This is the NAVSUP WSS Sources Sought Notice for the addition of 20 repairable NIINs in support of the E-2D TARA, PTS and RCVR systems to be added to BOA N00383-19-G-UX01. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the NIINs contained on Exhibit A. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only once source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The spare repairable assemblies to be repaired and/or modified under this agreement are set forth by manufacturers part number and constitute Government Property as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 Government Property or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable. NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the repair needs of this forthcoming procurement. In addition, NAVSUP WSS is seeking any eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing these repairs. Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to Danielle.grzeszczak@navy.mil no later than 28 February 2022 that includes: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Part Number/NIIN eligible to repair 3) Is your company the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? 4) Is your company seeking to repair the P/N(s) in 2) as a CI or NDI part? a) What is the CI or NDI repair part that will satisfy these requirements? 5) Is your company capable of repairing the P/N in 2) but your company is not the OEM? a) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary repairs. 6) Is your company a Small Business?
