Description

The Library of Congress to procure�the ccmConveyor license which will allow the integration of records, attachments, etc. to be exported from our current ccmEnterprise v4.1 Web application into the FEITH Records Management System (RMS) either by a scheduled timeframe or an on demand timeframe.� �Professional Services will be needed to implement the ccmConveyor Service into our current ccmEnterprise Staging Environment (c2vwsccment01.loc.gov-Windows 2016 Standard Server) to test and verify that the service is working as designed to be able to transfer the requested records, attachments, etc. from ccmEnterprise v4.1 into the FEITH RMS either using a scheduled time or an on demand timeframe.� Once tested, verified, and approved in our Staging Environment the same process will be used for implementation on the ccmEnterprise Production Server (c2vwpccment01.loc.gov-Windows 2016 Standard Server).� Once implementation is completed in our production environment we will test, verify and approve, this will allow the export of records, attachments, etc. into the FEITH RMS upon request on a scheduled basis or an on demand basis. The Library intends to fulfill this requirement issuing a sole source contract award to Index Data to provide these services.� Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet all of the requirements.��
