Description

The I CO 40th BSB has a requirement to purchase groceries in order to prepare food to the�Troops during March 2022 Inactive Duty Training that will take place at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas PR.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ).� The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is 8945, Food, Oils and Fats. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 311999 with a size standard of 500 employees. The groceries needs to be deliver on March 9, 2022. The groceries must be deliver according to the grocery list and�has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation.
