Subject: Amendment 01 to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) # 72066922Q00001 (CVQAL) Dear Prospective Offerors: The purposes of this amendment number one is: to extend the anticipated date to the submission of questions from February 11, 2022 to February 16, 2022 Attached herewith is the amendment of the Solicitation, SF 30 Any questions regarding this amendment should be directed to Edward S. Lamin at elamin@usaid.gov �with copy to Rukmal Perera at rperera@usaid.gov . The United States Government represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Liberia is seeking proposals for the Counter Verification and Quality Assessment of Liberia�s Health Service Delivery System activity as described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). USAID anticipates the award multiple awards for a performance period of three (3) year base and two (2) one (1) year option periods. This will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) set aside to local organizations in Liberia.
