Description: The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Jewish South, Latino News, and Birmingham Times for Hate Crime Campaign print media. This requirement is for the Birmingham Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is DPYATES@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Three Sole Source Justifications.
