Description

DESCRIPTION - The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes only. The New Hampshire National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified Small Business (SB) concerns capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $39.5 million. Construct Global Aircrew Strategic Network Terminal Transportable Storage Facility : Work generally includes site work and building construction of a 572 SF, single-story steel-framed�structure with insulated metal wall and standing seam roof sandwich panels for storage of transportable equipment. Work includes mechanical, electrical, communications infrastructure, and fire alarm systems to support the� building. Bid Option (OLI 1): Work includes provision and installation of communications wiring and appurtenances. � Construction should be compatible with applicable Department of Defense, Air Force, and base design standards. In addition, local materials and construction techniques shall be used where cost effective. This project will comply with DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements per unified facilities criteria. The magnitude of this project is between �$500,000 and $1,000,000.�Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14(c)(3) which states: The concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees. All interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall, at a minimum, submit the following information requested on the attached document titled: Sources Sought Response Form Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum, and must include: (1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form . (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects. The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. If subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
