- Description
- This requirement is for the term of one (1) year base ordering period and four (4) ordering period of 1 year each. Currently DPG has WebPuff 5.4 deployed. Under the new requirement the vendor is to provide the Dugway Meteorology Branch a complete installation of the latest WebPuff software on a computer identified for this purpose. The vendor will also provide the setup of the software and training on the use of the software including updating all Graphical Informational System (GIS) information pertaining to DPG. The training will last two days and will include up to four DPG Meteorology Branch personnel. WebPuff is a comprehensive Web-based emergency management decision support system IEM developed for the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency (CMA) to aid in planning for, responding to, and recovering from a chemical incident. Web Puff is used daily to support operations at all Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) sites around the country where chemical weapons are currently being demilitarized. Web Puff pushes the envelope by providing features available in a Web-based system, particularly in the area of GIS capabilities.
