- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the various dogleg assembly hoses in accordance with (I/A/W) the item descriptions and additional information outlined in the solicitation. This procurement will be acquired I/A/W with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Requested FOB point is Destination. Delivery location: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. The NAICS Code is 332919, Other Metal Valve and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 750. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4720. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% total small business set aside, reference solicitation number SPMYM4-22-Q-0041 attached. A complete copy of the solicitation is included with this notice. Interested parties wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments.
