Synopsis OEM BAUER COMPRESSOR PARTS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a brand name basis using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized Bauer resellers registered in SAM as small businesses under NAICS 333618 for the procurement of Bauer brand compressor replacement engines and parts. This is a brand name procurement for the following reasons: Only Bauer parts can be used in Bauer compressors. See attached brand name justification for more. Delivery shall be 12-16 weeks after award.� F.O.B. Origin to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
