Description

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source requirement for the CensisTrac Surgical Tracking Instrument for the 59th Medical Wing at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), JBSA Lackland AFB, TX to Censis Technologies, Inc. (CAGE: 3X0G1, 4031 Aspen Grove Dr STE 350, Franklin, TN 37067-2939) under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice is neither a request for competitive quotations nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
