- THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. �This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting.� Set-aside Status: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Accordance with 38 USC 8127, the proposed contract action is being procured as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Any vendor desiring to be considered for award MUST be verified as a SDVOSB in the Vender Information Pages (VIP) database of https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/, both at the time of quotations submittal and at time of award. Description: VISN 4 MEDICAL GRADE BULK LIQUID OXYGEN.� Contractor will provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary for the delivery of Medical Grade Bulk Oxygen and Tank/Cylinder Rental for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 Medical Centers.� The contractor shall be responsible for supplying medical grade bulk liquid oxygen and contractor owned bulk oxygen tanks, if required by the facility. A comprehensive list of actual requirements will be included in the Statement of Work and Schedule of Supplies within the solicitation. Place of Contract Performance: Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 VA Medical Centers: Wilmington, DE; Altoona, PA; Butler, PA; Coatesville, PA; Erie, PA; Lebanon, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA (Heinz Campus); Pittsburgh, PA (University Drive Campus); Wilkes-Barre, PA.� The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be made available on www.SAM.gov at a later date.� It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor SAM.gov for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.� For changes made after the solicitation closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.� All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
