- The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this solicitation for Project# XHZG159052 for construction of a Commercial Inspection�Facility (CIF). Options include pavement being portland cement concrete instead of asphalt, addition of a visitor parking area, addition of�Ameristar Fence w ith barrier cable, and addition of mow strips. The w ork location w ill be at the Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Tulsa, OK.�This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, w ith a size standard�of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f). Persons w ho intend to submit a proposal are�strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. Contractor to provide all plant, labor, new and current material,�transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance�and supervision necessary to construct a new 300 SF gatehouse, 1200 SF�inspection canopy, 8100 SY of pavement, active vehicle barriers, passive cable�barrier, fencing and supporting utilities.in accordance with specs dated 20 May 2021 and drawings dated 27 May 2021. NAME BRAND ITEMS: This construction project has several name brand items. The Tulsa OK 138th Air Guard Base has established a standardization for the communication network. The following is brands are required:� Aruba AP-205 or AP-275s (the Base Information Technology Infrastructure (BITI) standard for wireless LAN Access points), Bosch Camera Systems (ensure compatibility to the existing Bosch/Advantor recording systems), Cisco Switching Equipment (BITI standard), Corning Plant Fiber Distribution Equipment (BITI) for outside and inside fiber, Telecor Base Address System (current Base communication system),�Automated Logic Corporation Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems (for current compatibility),�AMERISTAR IMPASSE II Fence with barrier cable (required to meet crash ratings and�perimeter security requirements),�Delta Scientific HD300EM Pop-Up Wedge Barriers (are the current standard on�Tulsa ANG base),�Gibraltar Cable Barrier Systems (The basic design elements of the Gibraltar TL-3 system�is an industry standard that meets Force Protection requirements), and�Panduit Products (are the Base standard). ""Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action�has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available.""
