- The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas VA Healthcare System in San Antonio, TX is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Water Purification (Reverse Osmosis) System the Contracting Office in San Antonio, Texas. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed- Price contract award to a responsible vendor with a fair and reasonable price that can provide the required service in accordance to the attached documents, resulting from this solicitation for quotes. The NAICS Code is 221310. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate evaluations and award decisions. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB. All SDVOSB vendors must be registered SAM at the time of submission of quotes.
