NOTICE OF INTENT to Award Sole Source � Koenig & Bauer Notasys S.A. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. � The Government intends to award a sole source contract for Rotary Screen Press IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333244 Printing Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 4:00PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, MARCH 4, 2022. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
