Description: The U.S. Government intends to award lease� using other than full and open competition for 82 parking spaces in Nashville, TN�based on economic, mission, and other factors. The parking spaces must be in close proximatey of the Nashville Federal Building.�Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
