Description
UPDATE:� 11 Feb 2022 Updated copies of the following 4 documents have been attached to this solicitation: 1)� RFP - Slight revisions to the Periods of Performance.� Base Year is now 4 Mar 2022- 3 Dec 2022.� Option Year 1 is now 4 Dec 2022- 3 Dec 2023.� Option Year 2 is now 4 Dec 2023 - 3 Dec 2024.� The proposal due date remains unchanged.� The revisions to PoPs better aligns with the government schedule for this effort. 2)� Pricing Worksheet - PoP dates revised. 3)� Model Contract - PoP dates revised. 4)� Section L - All references to paper and CD copies of proposals have been removed.� All proposals shall be submitted via e-mail.� � � The United States Air Force (USAF) School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM)� located at Wright-Patterson AFB (WPAFB), Ohio, trains 100% of the USAF's Flight Surgeons in an Air Force Specialty Code� awarding course entitled Aerospace Medicine Primary (AMP). The AMP course is composed of three increments: Aviation, Flight and Operational Medicine (AFOM) 101, AMP 201, and AMP 202. Increments AFOM 101 and AMP 202 utilize an AAL to introduce AMP students to military flight operations. �The AMP curriculum is specifically designed to expose medical and flight surgeon students to the rigors of flying, mission planning, modern cockpit symbology, disorientation, instrument procedures, aerobatics, low-level navigation, and formation flight in a setting that closely mirrors USAF Undergraduate Flight Training (UFT).�
