REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE:�2/16-2/19/2022 DELIVER TO:�CGC�JAMES�� NORTH CHARLESTON, SC 29405 The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National�Security Cutters�Branch 2,�Alameda, CA�anticipates awarding�this�procurement to�MTU North America�as the only sole source and has proprietary control over all parts listed below:� NR1 MPDE Primary ECS�OEM Troubleshoting and Part Installation Services Labor, travel expenses and consumables This procurement will be made on behalf of the�USCGC�KIMBALL.��Vendor will provide�the�part/service�stated in the�scope of work.��NAICS Code #�336611�applies�to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before�0800�Pacific Time,�12FEB22�will�be reviewed by the Government.�A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
