- NSN 5965-01-204-8505, PR #92500116, Headset-Microphone This requirement is for a total quantity of 2293 units. Price breaks are requested up to 3000 units. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicited under Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.102. This is a Qualified Parts List (QPL) item. The Government reference specifications: IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-87819B(3) REVISION NR B DTD 12/21/2020 PART PIECE NUMBER: M87819/1-01 IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL-PRF-87819/1B(1) NOT 1 REVISION NR B DTD 11/29/2019 PART PIECE NUMBER: M87819/1-01 The Government required delivery will be phased at 180 days for the initial 300 units, and 300 units per month until lot completion. The items will be shipped to two (2) government stock locations at Warner Robins, GA and Oklahoma City, OK. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance factors. This solicitation is an RFP (Request For Proposal) and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of on or around 2/28/2022. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. FDT (First Destination Transportation) program applies to this procurement and will include Procurement Notes: C16 (DLAD 52.247-9059) - F.O.B. ORIGIN, GOVERNMENT ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION C17 (DLAD 52.247-9058) - FDT PROGRAM - SHIPMENTS ORIGINATING OCONUS This solicitation will include the following Technical/Quality notes: Procurement Note H01- Qualification Requirements This solicitation will not include the Reverse Auction provision.
