The sole purpose of this notice is to obtain information on Small Businesses interest, capabilities and qualifications to determine if a VOSB or SDVOSB or SB set-aside is appropriate. Proposals are NOT being requested or accepted at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 7 (VISN 7) has a requirement for the Contractor to furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Interventional Vascular Radiology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta Georgia. (hereinafter referred to as VAMC). The VA Radiology Services are accredited by ACR and follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR). A contractor providing onsite interventional radiologist services shall provide services that meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines http://www.acr.org/Quality-Safety/Standards-Guidelines/Practice-Guidelines-by-Modality/Interventional Place of Performance: Services shall be provided on site, Charlie Norwood VAMC 950 15th Street, Augusta Georgia 30901. The Contractor shall propose 5 key personnel to be credentialed and be available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the contract. One FTE is defined by VA as a minimum of 80 hours every two weeks and does not include holidays. Period of Performance: The period of performance is for an initial base year with the possibility of four one-year extension options (exercised at the government's discretion) if successful results are achieved per Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center evaluation. Base Year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 1st Option Year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 2nd Option Year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 3rd Option Year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 4th Option Year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027   The information obtained through this notice will be utilized exclusively as market research for acquisition planning purposes for the future solicitation of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. All work to be performed will be within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), with a Small Business Size Standard of $10M.   In order to be eligible to respond as an SDVOSB or VOSB, a firm must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) registered in VetBiz. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov.   An active registration in System for Awardee Management (SAM) is also required. Registration is available at www.sam.gov.   Responses to this sources sought notice MUST contain the following information: (1) Company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number; (2) Documentation that clearly demonstrates the firm s capability of Half Way Housing services with specific relevance to the description of the requirement indicated above (including references with current point of contact and phone number); (3) Proof of registration in the VA Vet Biz website (if applicable) Responses to this notice must be made via e-mail to Tanjia.Dotson@va.gov.
