Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-22-Q-0012 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-04) as of 30 January 2022. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees.� Contracting Office Address: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 2 CONS � Barksdale AFB, LA, 801 Kenney Ave. Suite 2301, Barksdale AFB, 71110, United States. Description/Purpose: This requirement is for the purchase brand name only Paxton Access Control in New Consolidated Communications Facility (CCF) for the 2nd Communications Squadron on Barksdale Air Force Base IAW SOW. CLIN 0001 � Paxton Access Control Supplies (See: Attachment 1 � Paxton Access Control Equipment List) CLIN 0002 � Paxton Access Control Install Due Date and Time: Quotes are required to be received no later than Friday, 18 February 2022, 4:00pm CST. *This is a brand name ONLY requirement. All quotes must be good for a period of up to 30 days and must include FOB Destination, company DUNS Number and/or Cage Code.* Notice to Offeror(s): �Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
