Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Norfolk Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Retreat Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Incorporated within the attached RFQ N0018922R0029. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N0018922R0029. The NAICS code is 721110 Process Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting Services. This requirement is being advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail ONLY. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Lack of registration in the System Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov will make a vendor ineligible for award. Payment will be made with Wide Area Work Flow. DO NOT SUBMIT QUOTES VIA NECOS SUBMIT BUTTON, as there is no guarantee that it will be forwarded. SUBMIT QUOTES BY E-MAIL. It is also required to complete, sign and return the solicitation with the quote to be considered for award.
