Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 has an upcoming requirement as GIMC receives a considerable amount of inbound calls and some calls result in being unanswered, as they are not properly screen or help.� The nurse advice/nurse triage telephone services answers inbound calls from patients using the Rapid Triage Screening Model to address concerns and answer questions according to triage protocols.� Through critical thinking and communication with the patient(s), the nurse will determine whether the patient needs pharmacy refill, clinical follow up, referral service or interpreter services. The requirement will include a base year plus 3-year option. The period of performance will be as follows: Base Year: March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023 First Option Year: March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 Second Option Year: March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399 with a small business size standard of $8 Dollars.� All questions must be submitted by 02/14/2022 by 2:00PM MST to adrian.segay@ihs.gov with the solicitation number in the subject line.
