Description

This announcement serves as notification of the Internal Revenue Service�s (IRS') request to solicit Industry feedback on the IRS� Enterprise Development Operations Services (EDOS) DRAFT documents.� EDOS is an IRS IT-wide contract to acquire Development, Modernization & Enhancement (DME) and Operations & Maintenances (O&M) Services for both new and existing software applications and programs.� EDOS will enable the IRS to respond quickly to legislative mandates while providing best value delivery of services across the IRS IT portfolio. Industry feedback is being sought for the following draft documents: Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section L Section M Contract Mapping BPA Pricing Template Please use the attached MS Excel spreadsheet titled, �EDOS Industry feedback� when providing your response(s).� Please note, the Government is seeking substantive feedback on the above-mentioned documents and is not seeking any advertising/marketing products, capability statements, or proposal responses as a result of this request.� The Government does not want to limit the feedback on its DRAFT documents, but it does have some specific questions.� These specific questions are intended to help facilitate thoughts around areas the Government knows may be of concern or where additional information would be helpful to the Government.� The questions are listed in the attachment titled, �EDOS Industry Feedback� and consist of the first nine questions.� Please use the same spreadsheet to add your specific questions/comments/concerns, etc. (unrelated to the first nine questions provided by the Government). If you have interest in providing feedback, please send your completed MS Excel document labeled with your company�s name. For example, �EDOS Industry Feedback � ABC123� via email to the Contracting Officer, Michael Villano at Michael.R.Villano@irs.gov and the Contract Specialist, Travis Kelson at Travis.T.Kelson@irs.gov. The IRS requests you provide your input/feedback NLT February 18, 2022 at 3:00PM ET with the email subject titled �EDOS Industry Feedback.�� The Government anticipates having 1 on 1 sessions with vendor�s based upon the Industry feedback received as well as its own knowledge of the marketplace.� The Government reserves the right to meet with none, some or all vendors who respond to this request. The Government anticipates notifying vendor�s who it has a desire to meet with by early March.
