- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Manager Tools LLC. The requirement is for the unique proprietary method of instruction to teach personnel effective methods to manage and communicate via one on one meetings, large group meetings, email, and phone conversations. The two courses are as follows: Item 0001: Effective Manager Training (30 Attendees), QTY 1 EA Item 0002: Effective Communicator Training (30 Attendees), QTY 1 EA This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 and the business size standard is $12.0 (millions of dollars). Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.
