- REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: 08FEB2022 DELIVER TO: CGC KIMBALL SAN DIEGO, CA 92101 The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Alameda, CA anticipates awarding this procurement to MTU North America as the only sole source and has proprietary control over all parts listed below: COOLANT THERMOSTAT LEFT SIDE 5842001215; QTY 2EA COOLANT THERMOSTAT RIGHT SIDE 5842001315; QTY 2EA GASKET 5601871780; QTY 4EA GASKET 5802010280; QTY 4EA WASHER 000125010524; QTY 50EA NUT HEX 000934010005; QTY 40EA STUD 000939010009; QTY EA FREIGHT; QTY 1EA This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC KIMBALL. �Vendor will provide the part/service stated in the scope of work. �NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, 08FEB22 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This will be awarded via Sole Source, to MTU North America and this posting id is for informational purposes only. However if you feel this is not a sole source, please reach out to the contact listed. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
