Description: Intent to Sole Source a Lease for the use of Parking Facilities for the Gallup Indian Medical Center. The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive sole source purchase order to the proposed contractor, First United Methodist Church located at 1800 Redrock Drive #7000, Gallup NM for the use of their designated parking lot(s) for GIMC staff parking.� The purchase will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) � Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contractor is the only business uniquely qualified to provide the required space for parking to meet the needs of the GIMC. The period of performance is base year plus four option years in accordance with FAR 17.207(c)(4) to exercise options.� Period of performance: Base Year:�� April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 Option Year One: �� April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 Option Year Two: �� April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 Option Year Three: �� April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 Option Year Four:�� April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 812930-Parking Lots and Garages with a business size standard of $41.50.� The Product Service Code is X1LZ � Lease Rental of Parking Facilities. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.� If no affirmative, written response is received by February 15, 2022 at 1:00PM MDST, the contract will be issued without further notice.� This notice shall be published beginning February 7, 2022 through February 15, 2022 in accordance with FAR 5.203 (a) (1). A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.� A solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in betaSAM.gov in accordance with FAR 5.203 (a) (1). �However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. �No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
