Description

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) (logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to provide continued Missile and Munitions Systems Costing in support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost & Economics (ODASA-CE), currently being obtained under order W91CRB16F0047 with Technomics, Inc., 5290 Overpass Road Suite 110, Santa Barbara, CA 93111. A redacted Justification and Approval will be published after contract award. The value of this action is an estimated $300,000.00 with a Period of Performance consisting of a 6 month base period, plus option periods not exceeding 6 months. This action is being awarded to ensure continuity of services while the follow-on contract is competed. A separate Request for Information (RFI) will be posted on SAM.gov for the follow-on contract. NAICS 541611 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirements detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than February 22, 2022, (4:00PM, EST). Interest/capability statements may be sent to Shelby Saum (Contractor, Legacy Mgmt) at Shelby.a.saum.ctr@army.mil. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government intends to award a contract for this requirement on or about 21 March 2022. Any interested vendor must be capable of assuming full performance as of 21 March.
