Description

This is a notification that the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Sea-Based Weapon Systems, intends to award a sole source contract to Corvid Technologies, 153 Langtree Campus Dr. Ste.�401, Mooresville, NC 28117, to continue mathematical algorithm development, computational analysis, and range safety analysis to include flight test concept development, through execution in support of MDA flight test events. �The anticipated period of performance is 66 months after contract award. The statutory authority for the intended contract is 10 U.S.C. � 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. This notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.201(b)(i) and DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d) is not a request for proposals.� If there is a contractor who reasonably believes it can execute this requirement to meet the Government�s objectives in regard to schedule and performance, the responsible source(s) may submit a capability statement, not exceeding 10 pages; partial solutions not accepted. �Requests for subcontracting opportunities should be directed to the prime, Corvid Technologies.� Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered in the decision to sole source and for enhancing market research for future associated procurements.� The Government will not pay nor issue a response for any information submitted.� All responses must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed below no later than the specified response date.� No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
