SCOPE OF WORK AND GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADEC Delivery Units Background: The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Dental Service Line (DSL) is currently requesting to replace (4) Kavo Nomad Pro Handheld devices and (5) Elipar Deepcure-s Curing Lights that reached Life Expectancy proposed by BioMED. Project Scope: The following components are needed for the areas specified above. Kavo Nomads Pro2 4 EA Elipar DeepCure-S Curing Light 5 EA Specifications Requirements: Kavo Nomads x (4) or Equivalent Battery: 21.6 V DC Lithium Ion, Voltage: 60 kV true DC, Current: 2.5 mA, Exposure time range: 0.02 1.00 s, Focal spot: 0.4 mm, Inherent filtration: > 1.5 mm Al equivalent, Source to skin distance: 20cm, X-ray field: 60 mm round, Maximum duty cycle: 1:60, Total weight: 6.0 lbs (2.7 kg), Approximate dimensions: L11 x W 5.5 x H 10.5 Elipar Deep Cure Curing Lights x(5) or Equivalent Elipar DeepCure-S LED curing light cordless handpiece, 1 charging base, 1 lithium-ion battery, 1 (10mm) light guide, 1 eye shield and instructions for use.
