Description

The Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) intends to award a sole source contract to provide continued technical, software and hardware support for ERDC�s Ship/Tow Simulator under authority 10 U.S.C. 3304(c)(1) / FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) / Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� This contract will include simulator upgrades, hardware and software maintenance, and optional installation of additional vessel simulations. No solicitation package will be issued.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources interested may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by established due date/time set forth in this notice. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to frank.j.pete@usace.army.mil.� Please ensure that the RFI Number is contained in the Subject Line of the Email. No telephone requests will be honored. �� A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.� Issuance of this notice does not commit the Government to a contract award.
