- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 811219, and the business size standard is $22.0 million. This is being awarded as a best value trade-off. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for non-personal services for calibration and maintenance of MSI Porta-weight Plus Crane Scales for the NOAA Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC) Resource Assessment and Conservation Engineering (RACE) Division. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (NOV 2021) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND DUNS NUMBER.
