Description

ATF and NTT Data Federal Services, Inc. constructed the Human Source Assessment (HSA). HSA was developed through several hundred hours of work by ATF personnel and NTT Data Federal Services, Inc.� HSA utilizes a framework that quantifies a variety of informant attributes, behavior, and situations and assesses them for the potential risk they pose.� This risk framework was structured to allow the prioritization of risk in line with operational requirements and categorize them based on risk mitigation/tolerance levels.� HSA dashboards that was created display the quantified, comparative risk, along with specific risk drivers, to help understand the risk posed by individual informants, a subset of informants, or the full informant population. This notice is in accordance FAR Subpart 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) which is a logical follow to allow the contractor to complete the final task of the Human Source Assessment (HSA) requirement.�
