- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS/BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (FSC/BOS) SERVICES, WORLDWIDE. This is a Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a follow-on contract for the Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contract.� This acquisition will provide short-term Facility Support Contract/Base Operations Support (FSC/BOS) services worldwide in support of contingency natural disasters, humanitarian efforts, the full range of operation, and will also represent a temporary solution to interruptions in other long-term services contracts for similar services such as an incumbent contractor�s non-performance (i.e., default or bankruptcy) or potential breaks in service between awards of successive contracts such as for a protest or while a long term contract is being developed. A Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contract will provide the Government with a contract tool that can be used for responding/supporting requirements on a very short notice by competing the requirement among the multiple award contract holders vice undertaking a new source selection process for each requirement as it may arise. Potential customers for this contract may extend beyond the Department of Defense.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210. The applicable size standard is $41.5 million. The scope of the proposed FSC/BOS contract will include the following 18 Performance Work Statement (PWS) Annexes: 0100000 General Information, 0200000 Management and Administration, 0300000 Command�and Staff, 0400000 Public Safety, 0500000 Air Operations, 0600000 Port Operations, 0700000�Ordnance, 0800000 Range Operations, 0900000 Health Care Support, 1000000 Supply,�1100000 Personnel Support, 1200000 Morale, Welfare and Recreation Support, 1300000�Galley, 1400000 Housing, 1500000 Facilities Support, 1600000 Utilities, 1700000 Base Support�Vehicles and Equipment, and 1800000 Environmental. The use of all, or some, of the 18 PWS Annexes mentioned above, will be determined on the project specific basis for each individual task order. In an effort to collaborate and improve the clarity of the contractual requirements, the Government is providing a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) Please submit any comments, questions or concerns regarding the draft PWS with your Statement of Interest Questionnaire no later than 8:00 am HST on February 4, 2022. Issuance of the draft PWS does not constitute an official RFP, nor restrict the Government's acquisition methodology. Interested sources are invited to respond to the Sources Sought by using and submitting the form provided under a separate file, titled ""Statement of Interest Questionnaire."" No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. However, NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
