- U.S. GOVERNMENT Presolicitation Project number: 0CA3192 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�California City:�Cerritos Delineated Area: North: Alondra Boulevard South: La Palma Avenue East: Valley View Street West: Woodruff Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,286 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�3,286 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Reserved):�4 GOV-see additional requirements Full Term:�15 years (180 months) Firm Term:�10 years (120 months) Optional Term:�1-5 year option (60 months) Additional Requirements: Space access is required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Must be able to provide 1,200 SF of secure, contiguous, inside or covered, exclusively marked and assigned parking spaces for 4 official GOV vehicles. Parking should be inside or attached to the same building as offered space. A duplex outlet of at least 20-ampere capacity must be provided close to the parking spaces. Provide adequate illumination for parking spaces at night. Roof space on the building must be available to accommodate four mission required antennas. Have a clear view to the radio horizon with no taller buildings nearby which may severely interfere or distort the receptions of radio signals of the surrounding metropolitan areas. No other antennae on the roof with agency�s equipment is allowed. Secured private lobby / entrance is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. ************************************************************************************************ The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Cerritos, California, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
