Description
THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, REGION 7, INTENDS TO PROCURE THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE MEDICAL EXAMINATION REVIEW BOARD (DoDMERB) SERVICES FROM C.G. SERVICES, LLC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS (April 1, 2022 � June 30, 2022) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This request is only submitted to provide the continuance of services using the current network of providers and software platform through the end of the admissions cycle of the Service Academies while the re-compete of the existing contract is simultaneously in full motion. The mission of DoDMERB involves the medical evaluation of applicants to various Department of Defense (DoD) accession and DoD commissioning programs. Contracting services are required to provide a subcontracted network of medical providers and connectivity between DoDMERB, Applicants, the Prime Contractor and the various Medical Network Providers. A secure website program that allows for specific information such as ROTC detachments to �add� applicants to a database, the ability for all medical applicants to complete their forms online, the use of specific forms (DD Form 2808 and DD Form 2807-2), the capability to complete thirty (30) additional questionnaires electronically, and the ability to electronically sign is also required to be provided and maintained under this requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621999, All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services and the small business size standard is $16.5M. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing not later than 10:00am Central Time on February 16, 2022.� Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In order to be considered responsive to this announcement, please provide a narrative that draws direct correlations and relates directly to the requirement described herein, and directly demonstrates the interested contractor's capabilities to perform the three (3) month effort without delays or disruption of services to the admission cycles of these programs, at the height of the timeline process in selecting the Class of 2026. Failure to provide the information as requested by the due date will result in the Government's continuance of the acquisition planning phase, without giving consideration to the capabilities of the contractors who do not respond timely.
