Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to MCCALL, SZERDY & ASSOCIATES, INC., 426 NORTH HOPE AVE. SANTA BARBARA, CA 93110 | CAGE: 1GQH2 | DUNS: 177204146. The requirement is for the following items: 1 EACH: The Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) - Battle Lab has a requirement to provide FacilitatePro Software License. FacilitatePRO v15 is a web based electronic conference center with group decision-making tools used to generate ideas and problem solving techniques to support innovative thinking and decision making, in real time or across time zones. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) Salient Characteristics: 1. FacilitatePro Enterprise License | Annual Renewal Fee NOFORN Enterprise Server License Client Hosted | Single Instance | Singer Server 20 Secure Data Partitions Unlimited Facilitators Version Upgrades & maintenance releases 2. Releasable Server License Client Hosted | Single Instance | Singer Server 1 Secure Data Partitiion 25 Facilitators Version Upgrades & maintenance releases 3. FacilitatePro Support Contract Email & Phone Support for up to 20 incidents A sources sought notice was placed on BetaSam.gov, in which rendered no written expressions of interest for this acquisition, therefore resulting in a solesource contract. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 15:00pm EST on Thursday 03 February 2022, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
