- Description
- The Air Force Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH is requesting proposals for the following: Provide on-the-job training to all maintenance personnel covering all phases of maintenance and operation, operational checkout, system analysis, and system/subsystem replacement, adjustment, and services pertinent to the A-10C aircraft and ancillary equipment. Assist in preparation of lesson plans and course outlines as required. Keeps abreast of latest state-of-the-art systems/equipment and associated practices and procedures and modifies training accordingly. Training focuses on improving unit self-sufficiency. Provide extensive technical assistance in both formal classroom and on-the-job training on all phases of operation and squadron level maintenance of the primary and associated test equipment. A full description of the requirements is found in Attachment 1, Task Work Specification, of the Request for Proposal. The anticipated Period of Performance is 1 JUL 2022 - 30 JUN 2025 Locations of Service: Fort Wayne, IN (122 MXG/CC) Boise, ID (124 MXG/CC) Selfridge, MI (127 MXG/CC) Baltimore, MD (175 MXG/CC) This acquisition is being conducted via full and open competition. The contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. The Government will make an award from this request for proposal to the technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the lowest price to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award. Any proposal, modification, or revision that is received at the designated Government office after the exact time specified for receipt of proposals is late and will not be considered. Questions concerning this Request for Proposal will only be accepted until 11 Mar 2022 2:00 PM EST.
