Description: � �Sole Source to General Dyanmics Mission Systems, Inc.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� ENGINEERING SERVICE AND ALTERATION/MANUFACTURE The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to General Dynamics Mission System (GDMS) for warranty and maintenance engineering services of the Cross Domain Solution (CDS) integrated with MVCS 1.2.1.� This procurement is sole source for the following reason:� The MVCS program has a requirement to use a certified and accredited Cross Domain Solution (CDS) for transferring data between different security domains and the TACDS is the device used to perform this function.� GDMS is the developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for these items and therefore the only source for the warranty.� Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
