Description
Description Proposals are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Nebraska Dam project. This project consists of pulverizing, regrading, compacting, and repaving the Roads End parking area at the end of National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 660 in Lamoille Canyon near Elko, Nevada.� Optional bid items include treatment on the approach road to the parking lot, striping parking areas, and grading a parking area for horse trailer parking.� The project is located approximately 22 miles southeast of Elko, NV.� From Elko travel southeast on NV-227 E Lamoille HWY/5th Street.� Follow Lamoille HWY 227 for approximately 19 miles to the intersection of Lamoille Canyon Road/NFSR 660.� Turn right (south) on this road and follow it approximately 12.3 miles to the parking lot at the end of the road. The work anticipated under any contract resulting from the solicitation will begin no later than July of 2022 through July of 2023. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
